Frustrations and Apologies

Hello everyone.

Ya I admit I'm a tad bit frustrated this morning. See, as my Patreons had later found out a few days ago, I had informed them that I would be recording a "Let's Play" with my reactions, to a game that I've been waiting to play since I got my new tower, "Alien Isolation".

However... it appears I hit a bump in the road. My recording program, "Camtasia" is refusing to record the game, or rather...the game refuses to be recorded. Every time I've made attempts to record it, it would mimize and refuse to go full screen, quite frustrating. So I attempted to record another game, something more laid back, like "Left For Dead 2". Though I didn't have the same problem as Alien Isolation, my recording program refused to record the actual gameplay, it simply recorded the sound and my desktop.

I have done everything in my tech knowledge (which isn't much) to solve the problem, but I have a sneaky suspicion that either Steam has a fail-safe to keep us from recording games on their system, or Camtasia is bugged somewhere. I would use Fraps, but for some reason that isn't working properly, and even then, it takes up a lot of space. Luckily I do have a backup vid for you all to enjoy, and I do apologize for the hold up.
