Description
Her father Fire Strength, had quite the chip on his shoulder. Rage was how he got through life, and he used it as a source of strength and intimidation. He was rather hard on Lightning Bliss in her youth too quite a bit despite she had it hard in school being a slightly bit smaller and more oddball than most fillies.
She worked hard to impress him but nothing she did ever seem good enough. He pushed her in all deeds of life up till his passing. It's one of the reasons why Bliss strives to be a good alicorn, because she feels that nothing she does is ever good enough, not only to herself by her long passed father...whom she feels is strongly a part of her spirit. Her pride and rage becomes apparent when she's pushed against the corner, or picked on too much... As a result her "father's rage" tends to surface.
drake blazeburn:looks like i'm not the only one who has Dady issues. after the death of my grandmother my fathers heart hardened and his mind broke. he overthrew his own father king genrax in a violent coup and became king of draconia which he ruled with an iron fist. his evil plan was to burn the world to ash until he was the only one left standing so everybody could feel his pain even if it meant sacrificing everything to do it. he trained me to become the perfect warrior through cruel and extreme methods. he considered my little brother sparks to be worthless because of how young and small he was and my mom queen vermillious considered leaving him and taking the kids with her. the reason why she didn't do it is because she feared he would become an even bigger monster than he already was. after everything he put me through i slowly grew to hate him over the years which he approved to the point that I stopped calling him dad and called him by his real name: king vulcannicus. in the end with the help of the mane six i was able to end his reign of terror. my family is still working out our issues but i'm confident we'll all become a happy family someday.
